Our assembly system automatically assigns job numbers, allocates inventory and pulls the correct amount of product from warehouse stock, while accurately tracking proper withdrawals and receipts.

All adjustments to perpetual inventory are done at once so nothing is missed and inventory levels remain accurate and up-to-date.

Regal’s system pre-defines rates and the repack function ensures correct invoicing.

PALLET DISPLAYS

Professional pallet display construction from start to finish

  • Project launches and Regal works closely with our customer’s supplier for display components
  • Regal requests and receives sample display and assembles and conducts a time study for quoting purposes
  • We ensure display assembly is built according to design and product fits properly
  • All information is relayed back to our customer and the supplier prior to final component production
  • Once components are received, processes are put in place (space, labor, and production plan) for display assembly
  • Regal keeps customers up-to-date on production and provides photo images of finished displays
  • For storage and shipping purposes, displays are palletized, covered with a shroud and shrink wrapped

RETURNS PROCESSING

Regal Logistics returns processing module customizes “return to vendor” status codes that are tracked during the returns receiving process. Our system records the inspection and receipt of customer authorized returned items.

Then, receipt items, date and quantity can be checked against the return material authorization. Use Regal’s returns processing to better organize recovered return goods into specific inventory classifications, such as returnable, damaged and discard, for more efficient order allocation per customer preferences.
